PREPARATION OF PEDAGOGICAL PERSONNEL FOR MEGAPOLIS UNDER CONDITIONS OF THE CLUSTER
Abstracts

Introduction.The article discusses the conditions and mechanisms for the formation of the pedagogical cluster of a metropolis. The analysis of scientific approaches to the formation of the pedagogical cluster, the stages of its formation and development. The mechanisms of interaction of participants, a management system are shown, ways are proposed that ensure the interaction of organizations of general and higher education, which contribute to a synergistic effect through the continuous training of teachers and increase their professional competence.

 

Materials and methods. The article uses general scientific and pe-dagogical methods: Analysis of scientific literature, comparison and gene-ralization, a method for modeling psychological and pedagogical processes and phenomena. The study of phenomena is carried out on the basis of a cluster, competency, personality-oriented and systemic approaches.

Results. The result of scientific, organizational, managerial and methodological activities for the formation of the pedagogical cluster is the creation of a unified educational space in the metropolis, in which teachers will be able to show high innovative activity in the reproduction of pedagogical personnel of a new qualitative level. The result of the activities of the pedagogical cluster will be applicable to all participants in this interaction.

Discussion. The experience of many countries shows that the active use of the cluster approach is a reliable mechanism for the development of the economy, science and education. The relevance of the formation of cluster interaction for the municipality system in a metropolis is determined by a number of system factors. The cluster approach allows for the formation of a vertical system consisting of organizations performing different functions and united by common activities, as well as horizontal network interaction, which makes it possible to use the resources of partners.

Conclusion. A pedagogical cluster in a metropolis can give a syner-gistic effect only in the case of a thoughtful, focused and comprehensive scientific and methodological support. By the scientific and methodological support of the development of education in order to ensure the continuous training of qualified personnel within the framework of the pedagogical cluster, we understand the activities to achieve a high level of pedagogical skill, as well as to create case-studies for preparing students for the choice of the pedagogical profession, temporary research teams from among scientific workers and faculty members of university departments, teachers of educational organizations, specialists from education and their methodological centers.
